A Note from Marie
Why I wrote this book
For many years, coaches have asked me how I can be deeply caring and provocative at the same time.
That question sent me back through decades of reflective journals, coaching experiences, successes, failures and lessons.
I wrote this book for coaches who know their tools and models, whose clients are achieving results, and who still sense that something more is possible.
It is for those who want more depth and breadth in their coaching and who are ready to reconnect with their heart, gut and spine.
This is not one framework or one correct way to coach. It is an invitation to discover your own authentic and courageous way of supporting growth.
My hope is that these lessons support you to move from transaction to transformation, from safe to brave, and from fear to fierce love.
